If you want accurate categories, split the order by item purpose instead of merchant.
Start with the invoice or order details page. Match the order total to the imported card transaction, then group items into the categories you actually use in your budget. Keep the memo short and useful. You do not need a perfect product catalog. You need enough detail to make the category decision clear later.
